Combining heritage & culture with self-contained modern comfort, Maison de Mathilde is the ideal destination for your next holiday.

 

The villa consists of two first floor master bedrooms both with King beds and their own air conditioners and fans.  One has an ensuite (shower and double vanity) and there is a separate toilet and vanity room between the two bedrooms. There are two additional bedrooms on the second floor that also have their own air conditioners and fans.  The second-floor bedrooms both have 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-sized bed if requested when booking. The second-floor bedrooms share a renovated bathroom which sits between them and houses the laundry facilities.

 

Access to all bedrooms is via a stone staircase which leads through all levels to the open attic space, which is furnished with a day bed and offers views of the garden & pool.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

The spacious ground floor living area includes a fully-equipped contemporary kitchen, fridge with ice machine,  & dining area that comfortably seats 8 people.

Al-fresco Dining & Barbeque

The ground floor living spaces open out onto a large terrace with shaded al-fresco dining & barbeque.

The barbeque area overlooks a private, south-facing stone-walled garden & lawn area, complete with in-ground swimming pool.

Meet-and-greet contact upon arrival

  • Our local property manager speaks fluent French, English & German.

  • They will meet you upon arrive and introduce you to the house.

  • They are happy to give recommendations about local sites and tours.

  • Heating and cooling - All bedrooms have reverse cycle air-conditioning units and fans.  The ground floor living and inning area has its own split system reverse cycle air conditioner and additional wall heaters for the winter months.
